2. immorality不道德;邪惡

3. renounce聲明放棄；宣佈放棄
He had renounced his former associates. 他已經宣佈與過去的夥伴拆夥。
4. repent後悔；悔過；懺悔
She had repented of what she had done. 她對自己所做的事深感懊悔。
5. seduction誘惑力；魅力；吸引力
Who could resist the seductions of the tropical island? 誰能不為這座熱帶海島的魅力而傾倒呢？
6. subtle不易察覺的；不明顯的；微妙的
She's been drop ping subtle hints about what she'd like as a present.
她不斷隱隱暗示她喜歡什麼樣的禮物。
7. haunted house鬼屋
She wrote her dissertation on haunted-house stories from Rome and Greece .
